Message	Based on your comments, I'm not really clear as to who was at fault. If you ordered the wrong part, it's your fault and you're gonna have to live with it. If you ordered the correct part and Z1 screwed up and sent you the wrong part, you should have called them first to see if they're willing to do the right thing. If they admit that they screwed up and they're still not willing to send you the correct part for free, THEN it might be reasonable for you to come here and complain on TT.net. But IMO, you kind of jumped the gun. You should have at least given Z1 a chance to fix their problem first. At this point, you're more likely to just alienate anyone who might have been willing to help you.
